Sergio Ramos left Real Madrid this summer in favor of the French big club, PSG after 16 years in the Spanish club. Ramos became a part of Real Madrid but got an unfortunate end at the club when he and the management could not agree on a new contract.

Ramos departure leaves a big gap in Real Madrid's defense. The club sign s replacement after the club icon transfer to PSG which is David Alaba who left Bayern Munich on a free transfer. But the club has not finished strengthening the defense.

According to the Spanish media Marca, Real Madrid has great interest in Pau Torres. He has been in a good performance since the last couple of seasons, which has given him a permanent place on the Spanish national team and in also helped Villareal in winning Europa League last season. Villarreal will not accept anything less than €40 million if Real Madrid are willing to sign him.
