With the current change in Chelsea team performance two of Chelsea player has been nominated for EA player of the month and Budweiser goal of the month award for the month of October for their great performance. Thiago Silva nominated for Epl player of the month award for his good defensive abilities, he featured in three English Premier League for Chelsea and he also recorded three clean sheet. The 36 years old has made a huge changes in Chelsea defense, he helped the team develop more in defense with his experience, he never played like an old player but he continued to look young on the pitch like a young player. Thiago was nominated alongside the following players Adams, Coady, Fornals, Grealish, Kane, Son and Walker Kyle.

Timo Werner who was signed from the Rb Leipzig to reinforce the Chelsea team was also nominated for Budweiser goal of the month for the goal he scored against Southampton, that was his first ever premier league goal and its will forever be remembered if he won the award. Werner was a striker that has eye for goal and always determined to score more goals. He is still a young guy and he still have more award and throphy to win with the team. He was nominated alongside Bissouma, Fernandes, Lanzini, Barkley, Bamford, Antonio and Cairney.
