There is certainly no gainsaying the fact that United's interim Coach has brought back the old good days feeling of Old Trafford. Oh that? Don't worry much, You will relate more with that if you're a long time Manchester united fan. Whatever he has done to that team, whether he went into the deepest oceans or the wilderness to get his magic, that's the least of anybody's worries. The most important thing is that everything he has been doing, ranging from picking players to reshuffling the team, all appears perfect!
Few months ago, perhaps when the team was still under the care of "The Special One," one could see the despair and anger written all over the faces of United Supporters. It was like the rain of hope will never pour on Old Trafford again, the decline was drastic and the future appeared bleak for many. But life will always teach us that no matter what, there is always light at the end of the tunnel (some scholars will debate that though, but that's gonna be their own cup of tea).
With Jose Mourinho shown the back door on December 2018 after an ignominious adventure and series of altercations with some of his key players, the current man with a touch of magic was appointed as the team's interim manager, pending when the Board signs a new official coach. While many had pointed fingers at the Former Real Madrid Boss Zidane as the perfect man for the job, others were pitching their tent with the incumbent Spurs Manager Pochettino as Mourinho's replacement.
However, with the current turn of events, many sports analysts and fans are beginning to grow affection for Solksjare and have taken to the media to place their confidence on his competence. Everything seems to be going well in the team now, the players that were without motivation under the previous manager have suddenly woken up from slumber and are now at their best. I don't know if the United Board are still on the look out for another possible Coach, but for me, I feel Ole deserves the Job!

Ole Hits Arsenal In FA Cup Clash
It was another glorious Friday for Norwegian interim manager, as he inspired his side to a 3-1 FA Cup win over Unai Emery's Side at the Emirates. He is yet taste defeat since picking up his office as the caretaker coach of the Red Devils. The win over Arsenal made it Eight wins out of Eight matches in all competitions. Now that's historic, isn't it?
His unbeaten run so far is a pointer to the fact that the Norwegian man has made obvious impact in the United team, both on the pitch and otherwise. The momentum at which Manchester United are playing with currently makes me wonder if teams like Barcelona and Liverpool or even Juventus can be branded as favorites against them. I for once, wouldn't bet on that. Being able to bring out the best in Sanchez and Lukaku against Arsenal, two players that haven't been featured regularly, also shows there is a mentality he has injected into the team.
Even Jose Mourinho couldn't be at peace with the players he featured week in week out, so why won't I give credit to whom it's due. It takes a good homework and tactical deft for a coach to defy his starting XI against a team like Arsenal at home and still his results. Alexis and the Belgian are obviously not on starting line up of Ole, but the role they played in Arsenal's Friday defeat cannot be swept under the carpet.
Time hasn't really been the friend of the duo. Ole's appointment had come at a time when Romelu Lukaku was trying to fix some family issues and Alexis Sanchez under the chains of hamstring injury. Their absence had seen the likes of Anthony Martial, Lingard and Rashford form a formidable attacking force for the newly appointed caretaker coach, hence, Lukaku and Sanchez have to be demoted in Ole's starting XI.

Rashford picked amazing form and Anthony Martial never stops making the fans smile. Indeed, they have won Ole's admiration and of course their form has seen them become the new boss' attacking favorites. A little absence can always cost a player his place in a team, especially when his replacement gives the manager the deaired results. We've seen it happen to Philippe Coutinho at Barcelona, so it's Normal.
However, here came Friday's FA Cup Fourth Round clash Arsenal at The Emirates, and Solksjare handed it as an opportunity for Both Lukaku and Sanchez, and of course, they proved their mettle. The coach rested Rashford and Martial and made Lingard to operate centrally upfront, while the Belgian goal poacher surprisingly started from the right flank of the attack. It wasn't an awesome start though, but after a while, they settled into their roles.
It was one of the Belgian's best performance in a while, as he made two assists in the game. For me, Lukaku was my man of the match. He had set up Sanchez with an excellent pass, and of course the Chilean forward took his time to beat Petr Czech. After the game, Lukaku told MUTV that he had told Sanchez during their training session that he would score against his former club.
He said.. “I told him yesterday in training, 'Listen, you’re going to score tomorrow’. I said to him I’d give him the ball as long as he ran inside if I couldn’t shoot. I said to him, 'Just run in and I’ll find you’. I think you could see when I got the ball I was looking for him and he made the right run and the finish for him was incredible." That may look like a prophecy though, whichever way you wanna see it, it came to pass. All hail prophet Lukaku! Hahaha.
The Belgian didn't take much long to set up Jesse lingard and Manchester United went two goals up. Well, you wouldn't expect Arsenal to keep calm right? Alright, they did respond with a goal from the former Dortmund forward Emerick Aubameyang. While Arsenal was trying to get their second goal, Solksjare had a better plan to put the game beyond their reach. With the introduction of Rashford and Martial, United got their third goal to kill off the game through Martial. Ole may appear a simple and easy going man, but trust me, if there is a man who currently knows where he is headed, it's certainly Him.
