We are in the second half of the season and so far we have seen many incredible young talents in the league as they continue to impress fans and their clubs in every matches they have featured in. over the years we have had great talents like the likes of Gareth Bale, Sterling, Dele Ali etcetera broke out from the youth season and have become a significant force in their team.

They are a bucket full of names in this category of young stars in the premier league but I will be taking a look at the best five who have stood out for me and I am pretty sure this one would make your list if you were the one writing this post.

The premier league is one of the best league in the world if not the best, so also it come with his challenges as players play in week in week out and in often cases many finds life in the league difficult and they fall off the pecking. So for an UN21 to succeed in a very unfriendly and harsh weather as the premier league is really a great deal of achievement.

In no particular order this are five best young Star at the moment in the league

Alexander-Arnold

Who would have started this wonder list if not the 20-year old Liverpool star who came under the Liverpool youth system before breaking into the senior team in 2016 and have made over 40 appearances for the Reds. He stands at 5ft 9 in which gives him that balance when he paces opponent, he is also known for his ability to take free kicks.

His brilliance during the past year, 2018 made him the only sole nominee from the premier league for the newly inaugurated award for the best Young player under 21 which France Kylan Mbappe won. His goal against German side Hoffenhein in a 2-1 win in the champions league from a free kick made him the third youngest player to score in a European debut match.

He has made his stamp in the right back position of Jorgen Klopp’s Liverpool team line up and so far this season he has had 16 premier league appearance and starting 15 of those matches scoring just once in the process. The statistics of the England 20-year old speaks for himself and his playing style is one to admire a lad full of confidence with or without the ball, he is definitely a player that will dominate but in his club side and country for many years to come.

Matteo Guendouzi

As an arsenal fan I wasn’t so happy seeing other teams spending on marquee midfielder and we have to settle for a 19-year old player from France ligue 2 side Lorient for a transfer fee of #8M but surprisingly the lad has proved himself to be an important force in the Unai Emery team. He is yet to score in the premier league but his unique style of play has earned him 18 premier league games and 5 UEFA champions league games where he scored once.

The English league is one many find it difficult to adapt to when they come newly into the system, but you will agree with me that this young talent has proven himself worthy of the roles and responsibility he is enjoying in his team and in the nearest future this beautiful talent will be in the heart of the midfield of the France team.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka

This is one player I have watched every week and I will continue to watch him play, if you haven’t watch him play then you have been missing a lot of defensive brilliance from this man from Crystal Palace who has played in 20 out of 21 games this season for his club and surprisingly he has had his name in the booking just once this season.

When It comes to tackling and winning duels he is a specialist in that department, one thing you can’t take away from this lad is his good positioning as you hardly see him off position and is very difficult to get pass him but one thing I would love to see him improve on is his long range passes which he rarely does during matches.

Though he is of Congolese descendant which he has even featured once for DR Congo in an U20 game against England he has been called twice for the England’s U20 and U21 team and he is most likely to prefer life with the English side.

Richarlison

I began to pick interest in him since his debut international game for his country Brazil in a friendly match against the United states where he came on as a substitute he was electrifying and he carried that form to the next game where he scored twice in a 5 goal riot against El Salvador. Though he was with Watford during the 2017/18 season but he has key part of the Everton line up this season.

So far this season he has netted 9 times in 19 games this season, his high pressing ability is one to admire and even in the brazil national team he has scored three times in six appearances. He can play as a center forward as well as attacking from the flanks because of his speed.

He is definitely the new face of the Brazilian football team, he is gradually gaining a huge ground in the team and come next world cup he could be leading the lines for his country.

Callum Hudson-Odoi

Sorry to say but I feel this guy is little unfortunate to come under Chelsea, the blues are not none to groom young talent into big stars and that has reflected in the number of games the young star has featured in for Sarri team this season, he just has just a single premier league game to his name but has had a fair share of games in the UEFA Europa league.

The 177cm tall England man has been making lots of wave for the English junior side and in no distant time we will be seeing him transfer that brilliance to the senior team.

I just feel writing can’t really describe the amount of confidence the young star has, and you will love him more when you watch him play. He is strong, skillful and loves to take on defense. He is one promising star and I hope he gets more game time so he can unleash those hidden talents of his.
