Kai Havertz was signed to Chelsea in this summer's transfer window after making a positive impression over a long period in German Bayer Leverkusen. Around £75 million was spent by Chelsea on securing the young comet's signature after a lengthy negotiation.

Another interested team for Havertz was the Spanish champions Real Madrid, who have had a really good eye for the technical German. In an interview with the German magazine Sport Bild, Havertz was asked about the alleged interest from the Spanish royal club. Here, however, there was no doubt in the young German's whether he ended up in the right club or not.

- A title in Chelsea is worth more, says Haverts and continues:

- It was important for me to choose a club with a vision.

So far this season, he has played 10 games with four goals and three assists in all competitions for Chelsea. The German has missed the last two Premier League matches due to a positive corona test.
