I thought anger from this FA cup exit will lower after few days, just to discover opposite it's increasing. "He's such a good man" said about 36 years old horse manager guilty for FA cup exit. Oh really is that all you have to say ? LoL :) It was like waving with red flag in front of furious bulls or is it like doing big business in toilet over heads of supporters ? His arrogance has no borders! That's why I will write about this game again.

Imagine you are manager of solid football club who can't race for title, with slim hope to gain 4th or 5th place on table and without any chance to win Champions League. FA Cup is only competition where you can hope you can do something. All what fans are hoping was good cup run. You play FA cup game against last club on the table without main striker who got ill. You have your first goalkeeper injured, second solid one in full health and third for who everyone in club, fans and even internet fans knows he's not good. That third already eliminated your club from cup last year. He was out of contract for months, no one wanted him, but when your first goalkeeper got injured club decided to sign him like 3rd keeper (instead of buying new or promoting one from youth). That third is 36 years old and didn't play single game for more than year. True, your second goalkeeper conceded 3 goals in last game, but he was not guilty for them. All were after devastating counter attacks. What would you do ? Who would you pickup and put on goal ?

I think every man with common sense and healthy brain would pickup second goal keeper. Imagine next: You decided wrong like Mourinho and put third-call goal keeper. Game started your team is playing well, lads scored goal. Other side made first shot on your goal, straight to your third gk and he acts like Clown almost scoring own goal, but fortunately ball didn't deflect inside net. Every sane person would know that other side just discovered your super hidden secret which is you put hole on goal! Every reasonable manager would know they are going to try long distance shots from now on. Would you admit your mistake and replace him with second goal keeper at that point ? I would! Well I would maybe wait until half time, but he wouldn't survive half time on goal for sure. Mouirnho didn't do it.

Now your attackers complain on injury and you have 18 years boy striker on bench. Who would you put into the game in second half instead of your injured attacker ? Weak defending minded midfielder and your county man or striker ? I would put striker, but no he put his countryman determined to defend 1:0 in save who is alive mode despite knowing first more serious shot at your goal will be goal.

Then, oh what a miracle, one easy shot in his chest your Clown on goal deflected to his foot and further away to Norwich player who scored for 1:1. Would that be enough for you to replace Clown ? Every sane manager would substitute him at that point, but he is not sane manager. His arrogance and ego don't let him admit his wrong choice. He thinks about himself he can't make mistakes. Even if he replaced him at that point people might think "Manager made mistake, he sees it and try to fix, he's fighting for this club. Anyone can make mistakes..."

Game is progressing toward penalties would you expect from that Clown to move you to next stage of cup ? I wouldn't. Would you try with your second goal keeper who saved penalty recently against Watford in penalty shot out ? I would! But he wouldn't!

You need to pick up who will shot your penalties.Your countryman showed he can't shot on goal from 15m during the game when he ruined chance by shooting far above bar. You complained about your striker "He isn't ready for big pressure on his young shoulders" and you don't let him play because you want to spare him from that pressure. Now it's penalty shot out would you put that kind of pressure on his shoulders ordering him to shot penalty ? I wouldn't. He picked up both of them.

Ok you lost penalty shootout, you have been eliminated from FA cup would you apologize to fans ? After all they didn't buy expensive tickets to watch circus clowns, but football game. I would, but he would rather make ultimatum to the board asking them "What do you want mighty me to prioritize ? Next game against Burnly or Champions League game against Leipzig ?" :) About Clown on goal all he had to say was "He is so nice pearson". Like suffered fans care if he is bad or good person in his private life. I would rather torn a part contract of this 36 years old horse and kick him out of club and introduce goal keeper from Spurs football academy to be Gazzaniga's substitution. If young boy 16-18 years old make such mistake (and he wouldn't for sure) I could forgive him, because he is young and have time to learn. I would also cover myself with ears and be smaller than grain of peas, wouldn't dare to show up in front of board after this for a while.

Way how he run away in dressing room after shot out like some rat and his self glorifying words about Parrot "I told you he's not ready. Now all fans can see it" make me even more angry on him. Troy Parrot young boy who missed penalty and who almost cried on the pitch after deserve better than "He is not ready" from his manager. He deserves consolation words like this "Everyone can miss penalty. It's not end of world, even Maradona missed one in World Cup. Your're going to score a lot of goals in your career!". If he is right manager and man he would tell him that on the pitch just after losing. Like this he is just ruining his self confidence to increase his own ego.

I think board should not let Mourinho destroy this club like he did with Manchester United. Giving him founds to rebuild squad in summer would just lead to buying "smoken pipes" like Alexis Sanchez or players like that. All what board will get after will be his baby-crying complaints "Others, Manchester United, City .... spent a lot more, I didn't have enough founds that's why I am losing". His appointment as coach was big mistake made by Levy which need urgent fix before summer transfer window if not right now. If I am Levy I would sack him immediately or if I am in more mercy mode put him counter-ultimatum saying "Conquer 4th place or go away from this club".

Please write me in comments how do you see this game and what would you do if you are Spurs manager in this game ? What do you think is he ready for sacking ?
