New York Mets ace Jacob DeGrom has resumed catching ball after washing his forearm pain.As we enter our mid-30s, the key is whether the injury will recur.

Major League Baseball's official website, MLB.com, reported the current status of deGrom through a phone interview on the 3rd.DeGrom said he ended the season early due to a sore arm, but is now fully recovered.

I was supposed to be on the mound once every five days, but I couldn't.I felt frustrated.I am responsible for the Mets sluggishness.I couldn't help the team win because I couldn't keep the rotation.

DeGrom started 15 games this year, pitched 92 innings, and posted a 7-2,a 1.08 ERA.It was an overwhelming face.If this is the case, the video between him was also clear. However, he felt unusual pain during his last appearance in the first half.Even after a week, the discomfort did not go away.He had an MRI scan.

He was lying in bed for almost an hour with his elbows up.

Inflammation was found in his elbow ligament. He was partially injured.By the end of August,he was able to throw the ball again, according to MLB.com.But the Mets have already moved away from postseason competition. There was no reason for deGrom to overdo it.

If we went to the playoffs,I would have pitched,DeGrom explained.

MLB.com was concerned about his health saying,It wasn't serious, but De Grom has often missed out with injuries to his neck, back, shoulder and elbow over the past two seasons.Maintaining good health is one of my most important goals,deGrom said.I didn't do it this year. No one knows how long I'll be able to do it.I may be 40 or 50.I will do my best while having fun.
