On Monday, November 1st, 2010, the San Francisco Giants defeated the Texas Rangers at Rangers Ballpark (now Globe Life Park) in Arlington, Texas, to win the 106th World Series four games to one. It was the sixth World Series championship for the Giants franchise to break a 56-year long championship drought, as well as the second that was won in Texas. These are the top five players that I felt most stood out during the series.

5. #18 Mitch Moreland (Rangers)- 1B
