The pre-fight video of UFC 232 said it about Jon Jones. It was the time of his career low that he faced Alexander Gustaffson the first time. His initial successes went over his head at that time, beating legends of the game with ease, names like Rampage Jackson, Lyoto Machida, Shogun Rua and many others all folded before Jon "Bones" Jones. He now misses practice and all his unhealthy lifestyle as detailed by media come into play.

You can watch that video here:

The first meeting with Alexander Gustaffson came in as a struggle for Jon Jones. Alexander Gustaffson was at the prime of his career during that first match, Jon Jones has a natural talent but nearly lost the title because of lost discipline. What survived Jones at that time was his heart at the last round and perhaps what many critics would say as a bad decision by the judges.

The second meeting is a different story, as per Alexander Gustaffson, his rhythm was immediately taken out by Jones right at the first round. The only questionable win skill wise has already been taken out of Jones's resume this time.

Jon Jones is unbeatable at this time of his career inside the Octagon. The only challenge I see for him is to beat Daniel Cormier at heavyweight class. At this weight class Daniel Cormier is more comfortable and does not have the disadvantage of weight cut when faces his greatest rival Jon Jones.

Aside from this, I don't see any opponent that can level Jon Jones skill. Maybe, in the near future, there can be someone who can rightfully challenge him but right at this time Jon "Bones" is the most talented and skillful fighter in the UFC today.
