One of the most interesting and exciting aspects in watching any of my favorite sport is the arrival of fresh talents. The expectation and the promise of new heights that they can achieve with their careers can really provide a dose of anticipation that makes us all looking for more.

To me, no other sport in the world can excite me when it comes to seeing new talents being introduced in this ever increasingly popular UFC platform. Without much further ado here is my top 3 list that will surely make great splashes this 2019.

First on my list is WEILI "MAGNUM" ZHANG.

She is powerful, aggressive and very much to the delight of MMA fans, she is very entertaining to watch in all of her UFC fights. She just crashed and out clashed Danielle Taylor in her UFC debut then followed it up by a dominant performance against Jessica Aguilar.

She is scheduled to face Tecia Torres this March 2nd UFC 235 at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. With the things going for her, we should be seeing a serious title contender in the Women's Straw Weight Division anytime soon.

Next on my list is Alexander Hernandez.

This one has a winning culture embedded in his resume and if you are assigned to face Donald Cerrone as a relative newcomer, then it must be UFC has seen a great potential in you.

He wowed the MMA world by his first round 42 second knockout debut against Beneil Dariush. He then followed it up by showing his all-around skills against Judo practitioner Olivier Aubin-Mercier.

He is scheduled to meet against Donald Cerrone this weekend on UFC Fight Night: Cejudo vs Dillashaw.

On my final list is Nathaniel "The Prospect" Wood.

He submitted Johnny Eduardo and Andre Ewell in his first two UFC fights. Ewell himself has beaten a former Bantamweight king Renan Barao in his UFC debut, and if you see how Nathaniel Wood has dominated him, you would understand how a lot of noise is being built around this young 25 year old prospect.

The Bantamweight Division are now being reigned with a triumvirate of talents of TJ Dillashaw, Cody Garbrandt, and Dominick Cruz. Nathaniel "The Prospect" Wood can very well soon join the mix.
