Racers Movistar Yamaha, Valentino Rossi, Yamaha urged to immediately resolve their weaknesses.
Electronic device so far is still one of the most complained of Valentino Rossi and Maverick Vinales. Problem with the electronic device that makes both of them could not compete with Honda and Ducati racers. In fact, Yamaha has not been able to win the race for more than a year.
Ahead of the Austrian MotoGP later this week at Red Bull Ring, Austria, Rossi said that the level was still the same as the Czech Republic MotoGP.
"We did a lot of work on the test at Brno on Monday, but in the end we didn't find something better," said Valentino Rossi cited BolaSport.com of Speedweek.
"Our level will be more or less the same as in Brno. I don't know more than you (journalists), because our problems are clear and long lasting (electronic). This is not easy," he said.
Regarding electronics, Valentino Rossi has tried an upgrade brought by Yamaha during the official MotoGP test at Brno Automotodrom, Czech Republic on Monday (6/8/2018). However, according to him, the up-grade has not had a significant impact.
"It's important for Yamaha to work. At Brno, we have tested something on electronics, but we still need time," Rossi said again.
"We hope to improve our performance before the end of the season," he said.
Red Bull Ring will be a test for Yamaha, considering the circuit is not a friendly track for Yamaha.
Last season, the holder of nine World Championship that ended the race in seventh.
