Malaysian racer, Hafizh Syahrin (Yamaha Tech3), appeared very nicely on the side of the Czech MotoGP second free practice (FP2) on Friday (08/03/2018).
Syahrin managed to score the fourth best lap time with a time of 1 minute 56,200 seconds.
Besides Syahrin, another brilliant performance was printed by Dani Pedrosa (Repsol Honda) who recorded the fastest lap time.
The rider who is retiring from MotoGP next season managed to record a lap time of 1 minute 55.976 seconds.
This is the first time Dani Pedrosa became the fastest rider during a free training session since the FP1 MotoGP Argentina.
Previously, when FP1 Dani Pedrosa ended the session in seventh position after recording a lap time of 1 minute 57.289 seconds.
The position under Pedrosa was occupied by Pramac Racing rider Danilo Petruci, with a time of 1 minute 56.099 seconds.
In third place is Angel Nieto rider Alvaro Bautista, with a lap time of 1 minute 56.144 seconds.
The fifth to seventh consecutive positions were occupied by Andrea Dovizioso, Maverick Vinales, and Valentino Rossi.
On the other hand, the top standings, Marc Marquez, had to settle for ending FP2 in 10th place, one strip under Johann Zarco.
