It was an excellent encounter with 2 direct rivals of the east conference, from the beginning it was a very competitive game with a constant change of leadership in the scoreboard between both teams, the determining factor in the first half for the Celtics was Kemba Walker who with his dynamic game led the offensive of Boston, the Celtics would win the first half by just one possession before a 76ers who also executed very well their approach in the duel.
In the second part of the encounter the balance would incline a little towards the 76ers since they would increase their defensive level and in attack, although Philadelphia began to lead the scoreboard, Celtics continued making an excellent game, but in the closing there would be 2 determining factors for the cause of Philadelphia, were Joel Embiid and Tobias Harris who were the main engine and who together with the collective would make a better closing in the last quarter, obtaining an excellent victory against a very disputed game where they defeated the Celtics by very little margin.
