It is very unfortunate what the Boston Celtics went through this week. Losing to both LA teams in their home court at TD Garden. What added insult to the injury is that they are leading early to both of these games. They eventually crumbled to lose it at the end.

What is more humiliating is that they fought against an LA Clippers team who just lost their best player Tobias Harris in a trade to the Sixers. The handicapped LA Clippers found themselves in a hole 28 points deficit just 5 minutes under the first half. But then sprain leg injury kept Kyrie Irving out of the game and it was just downhill from that point for the Boston Celtics.

By the end of the 3rd period the lead was trimmed to 5 and following a 42 - 26 performance on the 4th quarter LA Clippers turned it into a 123 -112 win. This embarrassing loss by the Celtics are highlighted by some record breaking stats.

The TD Garden crowd expressed their dissatisfaction by booing the players. However, moving forward what is more of a concern is seeing Kyrie Irving healthy for the rest of the season and come playoffs time. Also, Boston Celtics as a team needs to find their groove and keep their winning tradition, as Marcus Morris quickly responded after the game.
