This offseason, there are a lot of trade rumors surrounding Bradley Beal's name. Many teams are eying on the all-star shooting guard to boost their backcourt. But according to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Washington Wizards are not giving up Bradley Beal and are set to go all-in on him once they are allowed to offer him an extension.
The Wizards are set to offer him a max extension of three-year $111 million. They will immediately offer him the max contract once he became eligible to sign.
But for Bradley Beal and his camp, they will not take it fast. They will take some time before signing the contract. Beal has until October 21 to sign the max extension. He has enough time to think about it and his future. And according to Woj, the Wizards still won't give up on Beal even if he didn't sign the extension. They will not pursue a trade for him.
Beal is coming out of a breakout year after he averaged 25.6 points, 5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists. He's one of the best shooting guards in the league and the Wizards would like to hold on the 2-time all-star.
