Hey there Scorum Fans! Today I present to you Episode 14 of NBA Highlights and for today's episode, I will feature the battle of the best power forwards of all-time, yes I'm talking about Tim Duncan and Dirk Nowitzki. The game I will show you is a 2006 playoff match of the San Antonio Spurs VS the Dallas Mavericks.
When talking about the best power forwards to ever play the game, Tim Duncan is on top of the list and Dirk Nowitzki is second. These two hall of famers battled each other for many years and both of them won championships. The game I will show you is the 2006 Western Conference Semi-Finals Game 7. In this game, Dirk finished the game with 37 points and 15 rebounds while Tim Duncan had finished with 41 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists. This game was intense as Nowitzki and Duncan are unstoppable in every possession. Each team needed to double team both of them just to contain them. Because only one defender is now enough and it will only end up as an automatic bucket.
Four quarters are not even for these two superstars and it needed an extra period to seal the game. And in the last period, the Dallas Mavericks ended up as the victors! Now, let's take a look at the highlights.
