Hello Scorum Fans! Today I present to you Episode 64 of NBA Highlights, and for today's Episode, we will have a short recap of Game 1 of the NBA Finals match between the Toronto Raptors VS the Golden State Warriors where the Raptors defeated the Warriors, 118-109 on Thursday Night!
The Toronto Raptors surprise the Golden State Warriors beating them in Game 1 of the NBA Finals in their home-court at Toronto, Canada! There's a lot of surprise in Game 1 as Drake is on attendance wearing a Dell Curry Raptors Jersey and DeMarcus Cousins played 8 minutes returning from his injury that he suffered in the first round of the playoffs against the Clippers. It was a rough night for Kawhi Leonard as the Warriors gave him a tough time scoring the ball with their top notch defense. Every time Kawhi gets the ball he was being double and that resulted into a 35 percent shooting night for Kawhi who only scored 23 points with 8 rebounds. Kyle Lowry also struggled scoring only 7 points with 9 dimes shooting 2 for 9 from the field. Despite Leonard and Lowry's rough night, there's a young man who saves the day for the Raptors. The young forward Pascal Siakam stepped up and gave the Raptors an incredible performance scoring 32 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists shooting a very efficient 14 for 17. It was the best performance of his life and he was the reason why the Raptors steal game 1.
