"The arbitration meter adopted this year will allow greater freedom of movement in tight spaces, across the board. Contrary to what happened in the past, this will affect every phase of the game, in an attempt to make it even more fluid (a process already started with the introduction of the "hand-checking" phallus - which denies to a lawyer the possibility of hinder the movement of an attacker without a ball with his hands \ arms). In 2015 the prohibition was introduced for defenders to "hug" blatantly the opponent without the ball. Now, the referees will tend to punish any contact, even slight, at the height of life (always the attacker). Basically, this year the NBA will guarantee total freedom of movement to the attackers.
