Joel Embiid is sure to be Philly's franchise cornerstone for years to come. He and Ben Simmons is the main guys for Philly before Jimmy Butler came. The Process is all about Embiid and Simmons. But adding another star for the team is a great move by the Sixers.

Jojo is the heart of the team and Ben Simmons is the mind. Simmons is a great point forward who can create plays and run the floor smartly. Embiid is the best scorer for Philly who can dominate the paint and he is also the defensive anchor leading the team in defense. Communication is important and we all know that Embiid is very vocal. He can become a great leader for the team as well as Simmons. And Jimmy Butler is a veteran star who can lead the team in the playoffs and be responsible in crucial moments.

When Embiid was drafted, there is no attention given to him because he was sidelined for 2 seasons because of his injuries but when he steps in the court, everything has change for Philly Basketball. Embiid and Simmons stopped the drought for the Sixers and they brought the team back to relevance. They brought the Sixers to the playoffs and woke up their winning culture. Now, Sixers fans are one of the liveliest and one of the best fans in the world.

Now that Jimmy Butler is on board, Joel Embiid feels like his touches decreased a lot. In an interview, Embiid stated that the Sixers should figure it out, on how to utilize Jimmy together with him. Embiid loves the ball in his hands and but Jimmy also thrives when he has the ball in his hands. And when they are together in the court, Embiid has limited touches and Jimmy have more.

Embiid is averaging more than 28 points and shooting 48 percent from the field before Jimmy arrived. His averages dropped to 23 points a game shooting 43 percent from the field.

But to clear things out, Embiid stated that he is not upset with the trade. He is not frustrated about the addition of Butler. What concerns him is his performance itself. He wants to figure out solutions on playing together with Jimmy. They're still in adjustment period and it takes a lot of time and games to really find the right fit. Embiid is happy with the addition of Butler and the Sixers should just figure out some things. But for now, they still don't know what it is. They just have to go with the flow and understand how things can be better.

I'm sure the Sixers will get used to it and will increased the chemistry through experience. We will see the results come playoffs time.
