What's up basketball fans! I am here again @dwin0603 to give you another exciting basketball discussion for another episode of NBA Talk, and today we will talk about the number 4 pick that the Lakers get in the Lottery and what should they do about it. Let's start!

The Los Angeles Lakers' faith is looking to turn around from a very disappointing season last year to a very good position in the league today with a chance to sign another superstar to pair with LeBron James and get a top 4th pick or they can use that to trade for a third star. They also got a new head coach now, a pretty decent one in Frank Vogel and a nice assistant coach in Jayson Kidd. The Lakers are looking better now and this offseason is very important to them because they have to do the right moves to not waste another good year from the aging LeBron James. Now, let's take a look at some options for the Lakers on what should they do with the #4 pick.

Trade it for Bradley Beal

According to reports, the Lakers will try to pursue Bradley Beal from the Washington Wizards. They must use the 4th pick and add some extra to it for the deal to work out. The Lakers could offer Brandon Ingram and Josh Hart plus the 4th pick. The Wizards will be so much tempted with this offer and they will surely think about it especially now that they are stuck with John Wall's lucrative contract. Bradley Beal is currently on his prime and he will surely thrive playing alongside LeBron James with his catch-and-shoot offense.

Andre Drummond

Drummond is one of the best centers in the NBA today. The Lakers needed a dominant rebounder that can secure the paint and also the inside presence where they can pass the ball and bully his way to the rim. Drummond is not only big but he's also fast running and have a nice vertical to catch lob passes from LeBron. Pairing Blake Griffin beside him is looking like a huge mistake by the Detroit Pistons as they encountered huge problem in spacing. L.A. can offer Brandon Ingram or Lonzo Ball plus the 4th pick and Josh Hart and LeBron will have a taste to have a top tier center to play beside him.

Karl-Anthony Towns

Trading for KAT will become a blockbuster trade. But, the Wolves will surely not let the Lakers get him without anything as valuable as him so expect them to ask for more valuable assets than Brandon Ingram and the 4th pick. But, if the Lakers pull this through, they will be in a very good position and instantly become a contender.

That is all for today folks! I would love to hear your thoughts about this article, so drop your comments now and let's have some basketball talk! 😁
