What's up basketball fans! I am here again @dwin0603 to give you another exciting basketball discussion for another episode of NBA Talk, and today we will talk about the latest news and updates for the 2019 NBA Free Agency! Let's start!

One of the most talked-about moves during the 2019 NBA Free Agency is Kevin Durant's move to join the Brooklyn Nets. Even though Durant is not likely to play in the entire 2019-2020 season, his decision was still one of the most awaited and most important. And although it wasn't a surprise that Durant will sign with the Nets, it makes a lot of sense as he teams up with former Celtics guard Kyrie Irving.

And in an interview, General Manager Sean Marks reveals the reason why Kevin Durant wanted to play for the Brooklyn Nets. He said that KD's decision is not because of Kyrie Irving. It is because of how he loves the way the team plays.

Durant's reputation was hurt when he decided to form a super team in Golden State. He became one of the most hated NBA players during his tenure with the Warriors. Even though he won two championships and two finals MVP with the Warriors, the fans didn't want to recognize those achievements. Now, with the Brooklyn Nets, winning a championship is not going to be as easy as when he was with the Warriors. But, winning a championship with the Nets could bring back the love of the fans and cement his legacy.

That is all for today folks! I would love to hear your thoughts about this article, so drop your comments now and let's have some basketball talk. 😁
