What's up basketball fans! I am here again @dwin0603 to give you another exciting basketball discussion for another episode of NBA Talk, and today we will talk about the latest news and updates for the 2019 NBA Free Agency! Let's start!

The "Greek Freak" Giannis Antetokounmpo was recently named as the 2019 NBA MVP following a splendid 2018-2019 season taking the Bucks to the Eastern Conference Finals. He couldn't get past the Toronto Raptors and Kawhi Leonard but what they achieved last season was outstanding.

Now, Giannis is eligible to sign the largest contract in NBA History after winning the MVP award and selected as a member of the All-NBA first team. It was reported that Giannis will immediately accept it if the Bucks offered him the contract now. He knows that his team is in the right direction and will play at a good level for a long time.

He stated in an interview that he wishes to stay with the Bucks as long as the whole organization is focused on the same goal of bringing a championship to the franchise.

He also stated that he would love to finish a career like Kobe Bryant and Tim Duncan did, who stays with their respective teams their whole career. The Bucks would surely offer Giannis that max contract and even though Milwaukee is not a big market team, Giannis would be willing to stay as long as they stay competitive.

That is all for today folks! I would love to hear your thoughts about this article, so drop your comments now and let's have some basketball talk. 😁
