Hello Basketball fans! Here I am again to give some NBA preseason recap! And now I'm gonna give you a short recap of the match between the Atlanta Hawks VS the San Antonio Spurs.

It was a thrilling finish after Trae Young hits the dagger three from way down town as the the Atlanta Hawks defeated the San Antonio Spurs, 130-127 on Wednesday night. Trae Young not only hitting the game winning shot but he's also the best performer of the night finishing the game off with 22 points, 3 rebounds, 7 dimes and 2 steals shooting 4 for 8 from beyond the arc. Young was very solid in the pick en roll and excellent in using the screens. He makes it looks easy with his tear drops.

Another great performer for the night is Taurean Prince who finishes the game with 25 big points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal. Prince was perfect from the three point line making 3 out of 3 triples. Alex Len was a great pick up for the Hawks as he provide huge impact in the paint. Len contributed a double-double of 16 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists in the game shooting 62.5 percent from the field. Kent Bazemore added 15 points, 3 assists, 1 steal and 1 block shooting 5 for 8 from the field.

For San Antonio, Rudy Gay was the top scorer with a total of 28 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists and 1 steal shooting an efficient 10 for 15 from the field including 3 for 6 from down town. Veteran Spaniard center Pau Gasol added a double-double of his own and totaled 14 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists shooting 75 percent from the field.

Meanwhile, DeMar DeRozan had a poor performance scoring only 15 points with 2 rebounds, 6 assists and 1 steal in 31 minutes of game play. DeRozan just shot 33.3 percent from the field on 4 for 12 field goals. He struggled with his shots most of the game. Bryn Forbes has been great off the bench with his 22 points, 2 rebounds and 2 steals hitting three triples. Marco Belinelli added 12 points while Derrick White also had 15 points.

It was a close game since the start of the game and the Hawks makes some run and took the lead for some stretches but the Spurs battled back and make it close until the final minutes of the game. In the final seconds of the game both teams are scoring baskets after baskets until the game was tied and Trae Young unleashes his dagger three from way down town to finish the game.
