In last few years the NBA salaries reach to the maximum level and some good players get offering like $200 million for 4-5 years. I believe every NBA player want to get the maximum contract but they should work hard for that and should earn that. And also i am sure that they are working very hard to become a great player.. After they become great player they also need to stay on top and i believe that would be the hardest part for them. They must never stop working!
