Starting next season, the Chase Center, which will be the new home of the Golden State Warriors, finally opened after two years and eight months of construction.

According to Reports, "The opening ceremony of the new home stadium Chase Center for Golden State was held on April 4th. The ceremony was attended by President Golden State Rick Welts and Joe Lacob owners, including club officials and San Francisco city officials."

Due to the aging of the Oakland Oracle Arena, which has been in use for 47 years, the newly built Chase Center is located about 11 miles (17.7 km) across the ocean from the Oracle Arena. Although its capacity is lower than the existing Oracle Arena, which seats 19,596 with 18,000 seats, it is expected to be reborn as a new multicultural sports attraction in San Francisco where you can enjoy events such as sports, concerts and ice rinks.

Most notable is the large scoreboard. Samsung's Chase Center scoreboard is the largest NBA stadium. According to CBS Sports, Chase Center's scoreboard (9,699 square feet) is much larger than Sacramento Kings' Golden 1 Center scoreboard (6,100 square feet), with 75 million state-of-the-art LED lights Reportedly.

Golden State, meanwhile, moved to San Francisco just 47 years after the San Francisco Warriors era. In the age of the Chase Center, they set out on a new history, beginning their first preseason game with the Los Angeles Lakers on October 6.
