There's a lot of talk circling around the rebuilding of one of the greatest franchise in the NBA which is the Los Angeles Lakers although you can debate the Celtics and New York Knicks. But in the modern era of NBA basketball the Lakers is arguably the one team racking championships left and right whether its Show Time Lakers or the Kobe with five champion ship banners. It's hard to see the purple and gold to perform pretty bad for several years after Kobe break down in a career ending injury that led him to didn't return to his original self and the mismanaging of former executives of the team in the name of Mitch Kupchak and Jim Buss.

After the Lakers landed the biggest free agent just this summer of 2018 suddenly they are again in the radar for another playoff contender team if not yet title. The team is now in rebuild mode and finding players that could complement Lebron and the young Lakers squad is looking ahead specially in the summer of 2019 that maybe they could land another max contract players. But the one I'm going to discuss about right now is the free agents whose under the radar that could surely boosts the Lakers as role players not as all-star caliber. We will discuss down the lists and hope you can comment as well the players that you think could be a great addition to the team.

                                     Nikola Mirotic

Without a doubt Nikola Mirotic could greatly improve Lakers lack of three point gunners and a great fit for modern system of basketball where mostly floor spacing big man are badly needed. After a great performance against the favorable Trailblazers last playoff with Boogie out due to torn achilles injury, Mirotic instantly produces and shot 43% of his shots in playoff appearances. He could give Lebron open up the paint or lessen the crowded defense in the paint with his perimeter skills he is surely a good addition for the purple and gold.

                                      Trevor Ariza

We can't deny the fact that Trevor Ariza always make a team greater, he is one of the necessary piece of the 2009 Lakers championship squad that beat Dwight and the Orlando Magic. Ariza is a tough guy that could greatly improve Lakers defense just like what he did in Houston, in which they are just hamstring away for the NBA finals. Although he is quite old when the 2019 free agency comes, it is no doubt that he could still contribute if the Lakers are in a title contention next year.

                                       Danny Green

Danny Green is your prototypical modern three and D guy, whether he learned a lot from Manu or Pop without a doubt he could worth more than his stat sheet could tell. He could easily fill the void that the Lakers is greatly lacking which is three point shooting especially in Luke Walton's system where floor spacing is the key element. For sure a great fit with Lebron who he has battles for couple of years in the NBA finals stage.

I think Danny Green is the best fit out of this lists of players, he is a good off the bench player that could contribute the minute he steps inside the court. He is proven when in the finals stage as well and can guard the best perimeter shooters of today's NBA. Let me know in the comment section down below your under the radar free agents for 2019 that could help the Lakers for a title contention.
