The big one out of the NBA up in Brooklyn's that Caris Levert has signed a 3-year 52.2 million dollar extension with the Brooklyn Nets again turns 25 years old on Sunday he did miss 42 games last season with a dislocated ankle but he was the Nets leading scorer in the post season.
Averaging about 13.7 points per game in 2018 3.9 assists about 40% from the field and again as you see on your screen 31% from three the big news here that the Nets’ core of Levert, Durant, Irving, Jordan and Dinwiddie is signed through the 20 21 22 season so they have time now even if Durant misses the majority of this season to have the entire core intact and make a run for it not just this year but next year in the year after that as well.
Levert is considered the break-out young star before D’angelo got his run after Caris broke his ankle, he will be great this season while Kevin Durant is healing from Achilles injury. He is a nice young project and will be a future cornerstone for the Brooklyn in years to come.
This is also a good chance for him to learn more from his new veteran star studded team, after KD and Kyrie joined the team this offseason. Especially the long range where Kyrie and KD shoots pretty well with outstanding over 40% from the deep.
