"I feel like it's right to ask you guys to join me for one last dance, for one last season," Wade said. "This is it. I've given this game everything that I have, and I'm happy about that. I'm going to give it for one last season, everything else I have left."

Dwyane Wade the three time NBA champ has finally decided to return with the Miami Heat for one more season. The 36 years old guard is considered by most to be one of the best shooting guards not only of his generation but in the history of the NBA alongside Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant. The news came up after Wade announced in a Youtube video titled "One Last Dance..." and he was quite emotional reminiscing the past that led to this decision.

Wade is one of the best players we've ever witnessed that is hard to hate because of down to earth he was and still up to this day, well although most if not all great players have the ego of being the best in their respective professions. But still we can't deny that "Flash" is one of our best to watch players on the basketball court especially during his prime. It's no secret to us that he got drafted in arguably on of the deepest NBA draft class along with Lebron, Melo and Bosh but if I we're to do a redraft I would pick wade at second considering he is the best after Lebron in that rookie class after 16 years.

2006 NBA Finals. The 2006 NBA Finals was the championship series of the 2005–06 National Basketball Association season. The Miami Heat won the title in six games over the Dallas Mavericks, becoming the third team—after the 1969 Celtics and the 1977 Trail Blazers—to win a championship after trailing 0–2 in the series.

If we could at least turn back time for a few moments and savor all the memories that Wade cemented not only in his era but in the history of basketball. Wade helped Shaq get his 4th ring in the 2006 NBA finals just only after Shaq's second season with the Heat after being kicked out of the Lakers in one of the most dramatic breakup in Sports. Wade also helped all-time greats like Gary Payton and Alonzo Mourning to notched their first and only ring in their entire career which is a once in a blue moon opportunity.

It was just Dwyane's third season in the NBA and to be the best player in the NBA final's stage at that point of his life is pretty amazing. Even he was not a good jump shooter he is not shy away of taking the crucial shots where it matters most. Even without a jump shooting ability he is considered one of the best shooting guards of all time. We all knew that stat's can't tell the whole story, and we all know that Wade is more valuable than his overall stats. Even the most sophisticated advance metrics can't capture how great he really was and his impact inside the court on both ends of the floor.

As great as "King James" is and no doubt the best player on the Big Three in Miami Heat during their stint in the Finals, we can't deny the fact that Wade is the closer which is not James forte back then. Wade produces numbers when Lebron can't and if you factor that all in, I think in some way he helped Lebron's career blossom more specially when we're talking about clutch shots. Wade won two out of four NBA championships together with Bosh and Lebron in which they beat the young Oklahoma City Thunders back then which consists of three MVP awardees now in Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and James Harden.

Let's just forget Wade as a Bulls and Cavs although it was just me but I want to remember him as only a Heat's player. We can't deny that father time calls him now after all these years of ups and downs, maybe he could even stretch his career if he stretched his game to be a decent jump shooter but as he stays the Wade we knew. Nonetheless he marked an indelible career that could not be erased in the history of basketball a surefire future first ballot hall of famer and without a doubt one of the best to ever do it.
