Oh boy I was completely wrong in my prediction in today's game between the Philadelphia 76ers who are 2nd ranked in the Eastern Conference and the Toronto Raptors who are the top dogs of the conference. I thought Philly would come out strong and provide an upset against the top seed Raptors purely based on the firepower with Butler, Embiid, Simmons, and J.J Redick. One thing i should never ever do is doubt Kawhi Leonard. The man went absolutely ballistic against the Philadelphia 76ers dropping everything he put up and was very effective from downtown which is not his usual approach while showing NBA fans that he is one of the best 2 way players we have ever seen and is trying to be considered the best in the world. Kawhi Leonard was too much of a force for the young Philly roster to overcome with Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons not having the biggest impact on the offence only scoring 18 points combined and with good basketball from the Raptors squad, the Raptors were able to get the 113-102 victory improving their regular season record to 21 wins and 5 losses which is the best in the NBA so far. Jimmy Butler came up massive with 38 points and Ben Simmons did managed to accumulate a triple-double but this was not enough to overcome the terrific team basketball the Raptors displayed along with Kawhi Leonard controlling the tempo of the ball game.
