The giants of the league have ruled the past four years, creating a dynasty which consists of three NBA championships and has entered the fifth chapter of this dynasty with no signs of stopping. The juggernauts of the NBA have continued to impress NBA fans with another win against the Brooklyn Nets with a final score of 120-114 extending their regular season record to 6-1. The Brooklyn Nets put up an impressive fight against the reigning champs but a 31-20 differential in the second quarter favoring Golden State proved to be too costly for the young talented squad of the Nets to overcome.

Steph Curry continues to impress everyone hitting another 7 threes against the Net's defense whilst posting a stat line of 35 points (11-26 FG), 7 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 steal showing too much for Brooklyn's defense to overcome. This shows that the sharp-shooter has no signs of slowing down in his 9th season in the league and may be an MVP candidate if he keeps these numbers up.

Kevin Durant also accompanies Steph with an excellent and efficient stat line of 34 points (11-20 FG), 8 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 steal, and 1 block showing that the duo together are too much for many defenses in the league to overcome. Impressive performances from the Nets include D'Angelo Russell who dropped 25 points (9-14 FG), 6 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 block and also Caris Levert who scored 24 points (9-18 FG), 3 rebounds, and 7 assists demonstrating a good performance from both young stars.

If the Golden State Warriors continue to play this fast-moving, high velocity basketball then it is hard to believe that the collection of talents won't be the favorites for the titles going into the deeper end of the season. Next, the champs have the Chicago Bulls in Chicago to see if they can extend their win streak to 5. Stay tuned!
