There was big news on Monday when the San Antonio Spurs guard, Manu Ginobili announced his retirement. That got me thinking about who are the top 4 foreign born NBA players of All-Time?

Dirk Nowitski surely needs to be on the list, right?

What about Steve Nash? He won 2 NBA MVPs.

Did Ginobili make the list?
