Ben Roethlisberger-QB (Pittsburgh Steelers)

I like Big Ben in games after games where he sucked. Last week he sucked with 3 interceptions. He will rebound in a big way this week playing a team that doesn’t have their best defender Eric Berry. With a lot of newcomers in the secondary Roethlisberger should be able to find Antonio Brown and JuJu open all day. Ben did show up on the injury report this week with a sore elbow but I don’t foresee this keeping him from playing.

Christian McCaffrey-RB (Carolina Panthers)

The Atlanta Falcons took two big hits after first game of season losing safety Keanu Neal and Deion Jones. On the other hand, Christian McCaffrey looked like Cam Newton’s favorite receiver with 9 targets. The Falcons will be light in the defensive backfield which gives McCaffrey one up. He has the opportunity to have a big game start him in all formats.

Nelson Agholor-WR (Philadelphia Eagles)

Nelson Agholor was the Eagles best receiver in the first game of the season catching 8 of his 10 targets. The only concern from that game was that he was only able to get 33 yards out of all those receptions. Him and Foles clearly have a good chemistry going so look for them to connect early and often Sunday against the NFL’s worst pass defense Tampa Buccaneers. They gave up 432 yards to the Saints and they lost starting corner Vernon Hargreaves to an injury. With Brent Grimes still out this has breakout game written all over it.

Jordan Reed-TE (Washington Redskins)

The always injured tight end posted a surprising 4 receptions 48 yards, and a touchdown against the usually tough Cardinals. Next up the Colts, allowed Tyler Eifert to catch all 3 of his targets last week. Reed will be a great play going forward. Let’s not forget that Alex Smith loves his tight ends and running backs.

Minnesota Vikings-D/ST

The Vikings defense is a great play every week but this week will be special because of Aaron Rodgers health. Keep an eye on Aaron Rodgers up until kickoff if he is out this defense will feast. He is likely to play but with little running game the Vikings will drop 7 or 8 cover players and dare Rodgers to throw.

Justin Tucker-K (Baltimore Ravens)

Justin Tucker is usually locked in every week but he will get extra work this week. Short week, rival game, and Joe Flacco can’t complete a drive. Tucker will be a good play this week because the weather is set to be clear with little to no wind.
