What in the world was that? In my 20+ years as a fan of the NFL, I don't think I've ever seen a week with this many crazy upsets. In fact, it's very likely that no one here has. The Bills beating the Vikings as 17-point underdogs was the biggest upset in the NFL in 23 years according to ESPN.
The upsets didn't end there, and members of our survivor pool paid the price. The Jaguars, Texans, Patriots, and Packers all lost as well, trimming our pool and rounding out an insane week of football. Personally, I was very proud of my Detroit Lions who got their first win of the season against the heavily favored New England Patriots. It is going to be a very interesting and exciting season!
