Behind us is a very interesting weekend with the American Football League. We already know who will play in the match for the gold and for the title of champions in about two weeks. Kraków Kings will face Białe Lwy Gdańsk (In english it would be White Lions Gdansk) .
As you may know form my previous post Kraków Kings won in playofss with Czestochowa Saints. In the final they will play against Białe Lwy Gdańsk who won with Jaguars Kąty Wrocławskie.
Czestochowa Saints 6 - 46 Kraków Kings B
On Saturday Kraków Kings played with Czestochowa Saints. It was easy game for Krakow
After the first quater Kings lead 14 points and after second quater the result was 32:0. In the third quater Czestochowa Saints gained 6 points for touchdown and they didn't give up till the end. The game has ended with undoubted victory of Kraków Kings! They won by 40 point and the results was 6:46. White Lions Gdańsk 34 - 15 Jaguars Kąty Wrocławskie
On Sunday, the local White Lions and Jaguars Kąty Wrocławskie competed in Gdańsk. The first offensive series of visitors ended up with a 34-yard running action of Aleksander Dąda quarterback and a one-point raise, but it was just a nice start of a bad luck. Even in the same part of the duel, the touchdown was also taken by the citizens of Gdańsk, namely one of their biggest star, Krzysztof Szlagowski finished his run in the score field. What's more, Jakub Osowicki managed to raise for two points and the White Lions in the first quarter took the lead. Shortly after the change of sides, the four-yard Szlagowski's action ended with another touchdown. This time Osowicki (White Lions' player) was stopped while trying to raise, but the hosts were already leading 14:7. However few moments later he recorded the touchdown after a short run. Krzysztof Szlagowski found himself in the role of booster for two points and the scoreboard was already 22: 7.
In the third quarter, White Lions did not intend to let it go, which resulted in a cross-country run by Jakub Kłosowski. Jaguars had to make up for losses at all costs, which made them decide to take more and more risks. It worked like water for a mill for the inhabitants of Gdańsk, who exploited it mercilessly. The team from Lower Silesia decided to play in the fourth attempt and Alexander Dąda managed to intercept Tomasz Kabat. It did not take long time for the White Lions to add another touchdown by Jakub Osowicki after a 44-yard run. At the beginning of the last part of the game, the guests managed to reduce the losses thanks to the touchdowna of Stanisław Werstler and Kamil Grabowski's two-point running upgrade, but by the end of the meeting it was not enough time to change the results. Bartosz Juchniewicz also flashed in the defensive in Gdańsk, recording the interception, and the last minutes were played in a very nervous atmosphere, which resulted in exclusion for players representing both clubs. Eventually, the results were 34:15, which gave White Lions' a pass to the final clash of the LFA9.
The Final
The match will be played on September 30 (Sunday) at the Gdańsk Center of Athletics and Rugby in Gdańsk. Unfortunately for me the match will be 600 km (370 miles) away from Krakow, so probably I won't be able to watch it live.
Entrance to the game is free for all spectators.

- For kids there will be special zone of a small supporters

Of course I will cheer Krakow Kings. Go Kings! Kings never stop!
