Frank Reich really deserves the Coach of the Year. Because the way he managed everything for the team is outstanding. You must've remember that, they way he inherited the staffs after Josh McDaniels quits the head-coaching job in Indy. After this everybody thought that this time the team might face some serious problems. But Frank controlled the offenses as well as he called the plays in a substantial way that was extraordinary.
He prepared the team for the season after having so much complications of loss in week 4 to the Texans. After losing the head-coach they're out of nowhere from that position Frank got everybody out and settled towards success for the season.
The Colts are still prepared and eager to have a wild-card spot and the defense of-course has been one of the best surprise he has given to this season is remarkable. Most surprisingly they have no real business in what they are doing right now, and in the future looks pretty bright for both Frank Reich and Colts.
Frank Reich Career in Colts
Frank Started his Coaching Career in 2006 as a Intern. Here is a brief overview of His Career so Far.
2006-11 with the Indianapolis Colts
Reich was appointed as a coaching intern in first two year of his career. Then he was promoted as an offensive assistant in 2008. In 2009 he was again promoted as quarterback coach and worked two season in this position.

He leave Indianapolis in 2012 and started working for Cardinals in the same year. He worked for a year there then again he switched to San Diego Chargers.

Here also he was saterted as quarterback coach and he was working with Philip Rivers. Philip had a career-high 69.5 completion percentage in 2013. He passed for 4478 yards and 32 touchdowns. However, Reich was working as a offensive coordinator in 2014 and 2015. Chargers were 3rd in completions and 4th in completion percentage, as well as fifth in net passing yards in the NFL.
2016-17 with the Philadelphia Eagles
Reich was working as offensive coordinator under Doug Pederson. He was performing very well and preparing for a boost so that he got promotion so fast. However, Eagles won Super Bowl LII after ranking third. At that time they were 11th in rushing and 24th in passing in 2016.
At the end I want to say only one-thing that the way he boosting his career, soon he will be a big coach here. Perhaps the hard-work he has done for Colts is incredible. So I think he must have the award for Coach of the Year
