They discuss the AFC overs/unders here

AFC East

I generally agreed with their assessments of the AFC East.  The Patriots will likely win the division going away.  I can't see any team threatening them.  I like Miami this year to finish 8-8 while they both think Miami will be at the bottom of that division.  I think the Bills or Jets will be the worst team in that division this year.  It is possible that the Jets post a respectable record with their new QB if he has a good year.  I think at best they finish 7-9 but I'm expecting worse than that.

My AFC East Predictions 27-37

PATRIOTS 12-4

DOLPHINS 8-8

BUFFALO 4-12

JETS 3-13

AFC North

They went on to discuss the AFC North and they both believe the Steelers are the class of that division.  Cousin Sal liked the Bengals over their win total but I don't.  I think the Bengals will have a bad year and may even be the worst team in that division.  I expect the Browns to win at least some games this season and I think the Ravens will be their old mediocre selves and finish 8-8.

My AFC North Predictions 26-38

STEELERS 10-6

RAVENS 8-8

BENGALS 5-11

BROWNS 3-13

AFC South

Next they discussed the AFC South.  Simmons likes the Jaguars over their win total.  I do not, they just lost Marquis Lee.  I think they will have some problems on offense, Bortles was never great and he doesn't have a lot of receivers left to move the ball down the field.  I expect that this will cause their defense to be on the field more and they will wear down as the game goes on.  Cousin Sal likes the Texans in that division and so do I.  They said the offensive line is bad but I know that Watson is more than capable of scrambling and the games he did play last year he looked fantastic.  They also have a healthy defense with JJ Watt returning.  The Titans are no slouch in this division either as they won a playoff game last season.  To further complicate this division Andrew Luck is back for the Colts.  The Colts blew more 4th quarter leads last year than any other team so maybe Luck returning helps them turn it around.  This might be the toughest division to predict but I'll give it a go.

AFC South Prediction 35-29

TEXANS 11-5

JAGUARS 9-7

TITANS 8-8

COLTS 7-9

AFC West

The last division they discussed was the AFC West.  They seem to like the Chiefs to win it with their new QB but I think he's going to struggle.  I watched some of his preseason games and their were numerous times he was making throws into coverage that were in danger of getting picked off.  He does have a great arm though so if he can keep the turnovers under control he could lead them to win the division.  They have mixed feelings on the Chargers, they think they should be good, but their history is to lose a lot of games they should have won.  They both are out on the Raiders, they think there's no way they compete to win the division.  I think the opposite, I know the Raiders offense can be dynamic and I think Gruden can make their offense what it was just 2 years ago.  Simmons didn't know what to make of the Broncos and I think Sal said he expects them to be bad.  I also expect a bad record from the Broncos as their struggles on offense continue.

My AFC West Prediction 32-32

RAIDERS 10-6

CHARGERS 9-7

CHIEFS 8-8

BRONCOS 5-11

I expect some of these to be way off, there are always injuries and players and teams playing better than expected or worse than expected and who knows what kind of other surprises pop up during the season.  These are my own best guesses on how the season will play out.  If you use this information it is wrong, I apologize in advance :).
