Ingredients for making sugar-free laddus from beetroot-

250 grams Beetroot

500 gm grated coconut

2 tablespoons Ghee

Seedless date paste

Dry Fruits

Method of preparation of beet sugar-free laddus-

First of all, grate beetroot and coconut.

Then add ghee to it in the pan and then add coconut to it.

Allow the coconut to cook for 5 minutes. Then add grated beetroot to it.

Then cook it on a medium flame for 8-10 minutes.

When it turns a little golden color, add seedless date palm paste in it and keep stirring.

This way let it cook for another 4-5 minutes and keep stirring it between seeds.

Allow the mixture to cook for 3-4 minutes. Then turn off the heat and mix the chopped dry fruits

Allow this mixture to cool for 20-25 minutes

After cooling, divide the mixture into separate portions. Then shape each portion into a Laddus.

To keep the Laddus in shape, leave them on a plate for some time. Then keep it closed in an airtight box.
