Tim Cone already been in basketball coaching for quite a long time now and it helps him to be well ready and capable enough to handle what may be the situation inside the hard court. He receive a several championship and recognition which makes him the top contender to be a Philippine head coach despite of those international coaches that are also a prospect of picker. I guess the management of the Philippine Team really pick the best coach they could get as Tim Cone already seen the capacity of each players and he is now able to pick the top rosters that could help make his game plan works.
Time Cone is now looking for a change, a change that could really help the future generations of Philippine players and coaches to recreate another options and strategy despite the team being labeled as good offensive team. A switch of defense strategy could be a good mark for the Philippine Team to test a new way of basketball.I guess Tim Cone is now planning the possible strategy he will use especially when SEA Games is fast approaching.
