I posted about Ignition Poker on Steemit yesterday, and one of the people who commented on the post told me about No Limit Coin Poker. 

I'd never heard about this coin, or the poker platform before so I thought I'd give it a try.

No Limit Coin is a currency that has been built with sports bettering in mind, and their poker platform is a no-rake, with view to transition into a monthly subscription platform in the future given that no rakes will be taken ever. But if you sign up now you'll never pay this subscription fee.

Obviously, on No Limit Coin Poker, you are gambling with the currency of the platform. So this raises the question of what can you do with this coin once you have won a bunch of it. Thankfully, No Limit Coin is listed on a bunch of exchanges, including Bittrex and Cryptopia which is positive indeed. This means converting your NLC2 to your currency of choice is easy with minimal fees involved.

So what's it like?

I love to see lots of free-rolls, and No Limit Coin Poker runs them every few hours. Free-rolls always attract a lot of players, and given that this platform doesn't have a huge following yet, the free-rolls are a great way to get on a table quick to start earning yourself some sweet, sweet NLC2 coins. 

The games user interface looks a little amateur if I'm completely honest with the buttons and sounds looking and sounding a little dated. But that doesn't really matter. 

What matters is that I could get a game, and in the free-rolls I did. I wasn't able to get on a cash game, which would indicate that there aren't many people playing during the Australian peak times. At this stage I don't know if there are many people playing during the American or European peak hours but I imagine it would be busier during these hours. 

Is it worth giving a shot?

Absolutely, and why the hell wouldn't you? Not only are you given some NLC2 at sign up, but you can jump in on the free-rolls which pay a decent amount of currency to the winning seats. 

I'll be playing on here when I can, mostly on free-rolls until I get a nice bank of coins stored up. And from there it's onwards and upwards!
