Hello User scorum

Climbing Sports is my hobby since 10 years ago. This sport is generally done in an open nature filled with high cliffs. However, you can also climb on artificial cliff walls that are located in sports venues or at university faculties that have groups of student nature lovers.

Many muscles work when you do this exercise, both upper and lower body muscles like your back, stomach, shoulders, arms and legs. In fact, your fingers are also trained when climbing a rock. If done regularly, rock climbing can increase stamina, flexibility and agility of the body, and the muscles of the body become stronger.

If you are afraid of heights, rock climbing is actually not an activity that must be avoided. Naturally, each person must be afraid of heights, especially when thinking about his pain when falling from a height. In order for the fear to disappear, make sure you understand how to safely climb the cliffs such as how to conclude the right rope in order not to fall. Often practice climbing then over time your confidence increases and makes you become brave.

Rock climbing is a safe and risky physical activity, especially if done on a real cliff. The possibility of injury is smaller if climbing on an indoor climbing, where someone is guarding you with a safety strap from below. The point is you have to master good rock climbing techniques to avoid unwanted hazards such as how to position your feet and body properly. Use special rock climbing shoes that are smaller than your shoes in general to increase your sensitivity when placing your feet on a cliff. Wear clothes that make you free to move is highly recommended if you want to climb.
