Another Saturday of Scorum's Sports Q & A Time is here again. Every episode of this contest is an opportunity for every sports lover on this platform, have his or her sports knowledge tested and improved upon.

Everyone is free to put in his or her entry for SSQ&AT. As for those that have been Contesting and winning precious contests, they can be described as keen contestants who are serious about whatever they put their hands to. Interestingly, as each contest progress, the participants are showing great deal of improvement in the area of getting the right answers.

GIST SECTION.
Balla Gaye 2 Vs Boy Niang 2.
As we await the crypto winter to wade off, somewhere in Africa, Senegal to be precise, the tail as they say may be wagging the Dog.

Balla Gaye 2 is no new to my blog for those who have been following me since the beginning of this platform. However Boy Niang 2 has never feature in any of my blogs in the hay days when scorum was scorum.

As his name implies, BOY Niang 2 did not feature anywhere on my blog because as far as African Traditional Wrestling is concerned, he is still a toddler. Not when and where the Kings of grappling appear on the horizon or when Lions of the arena walk the soft sands.
.
Wonders as they say shall never end, boy Niang 2 is trowing up a challenge against a top dog, one of the gladiators of traditional wrestling and a former king of the arena in the person of Balla Gaya 2.
.
Perhaps because both wrestlers bear the number 2 after their names, the boy thinks that he may as well try his luck against an imposing figure of Balla.
As it is right now, numerous wrestlers have written off Boy for the challenge, in fact some analyst consider it a joke. It is the feeling and perception of the generality of wrestlers that the two are not equally matched. Strange as the whole saga may seem, wrestling amateurs are pushing and demanding for a face off between the duo.

As they say "the ball is in your court", It remains to be seen whether Balla will demote himself and fight a foe from a lower division. In the event that this fight takes place, it will open up opportunities and privileges that otherwise were not accorded fighters from the lower division. Chiefly among which i suspect, increase in appearance fees and accelerated promotion from middleweight division to the heavyweight division.

I for one do not consider Niang 2 a threat in any way to Balla, but anything can happen in the field of play. An upset is far away from it, but who knows whether the marabous have spoken differently this time around.
