Anyone who may have seen my most recent post on Scorum will see how flippin long it is and will therefore know how hard I worked to write it. It's seriously hard word analysing tennis matches and creating actual unique and viable content on any sport unless your just going to post a bunch of loose paragraphs - it's take a serious amount of effort.

I can pretty much write 5 paragraphs on a tennis match or player in 20 minutes no problem and spin it out here with little concern of how good it is. Instead I spend that extra time thinking about what I have written, editing it and asking the big question of whether what I have written is actually any good. I then spend more time adding to it and making it far more in depth. Even when I publish my work I am still left unsure. So it's even worse when you see a plagiarism tool come back claiming your work is only 49% unique after you create a huge article about some of the most dramatic tennis events ever seen with Roger Federer!

Please avoid reading my sub standard article here, after all it's only 49% unique! - https://scorum.com/en-us/tennis/@jodcarey/federer-s-greatest-ever-comebacks-from-2-sets-down-tri-sports-super-series

According to Scorum, I am a damn right cheat who hunts the web copying and pasting other peoples work. That's right, please avoid voting for me I am the biggest cheat to ever have existed on this platform. Some how I have managed to lift over 1500 words of work off pages from other websites I have literally spent minutes on and dump it into my article. Welcome to the Scorum Plagiarism tool nightmare that has seen two of my most recent articles now flagged for a whopping 74% deduction in SCR.

So my big question is why should I even bother making an effort writing unique content when the Scorum platform wants to take that away from me just like that?! The answer is I shouldn't and I won't. I'll be posting wafer thin content (by my standards) just to earn a few SCR coins instead to avoid all risk of being flagged for hard work, the harder I work the more I loose is the way it seems to be going!

Until this tool gets fixed I am on official unique content strike. I'll just be post quick snippets and spending no more than 30 minutes of my time writing them to negate the chance of Scorum taking precious hours of my life away through it's SP deduction system!

I'm not one to whine and complain, I prefer to get on with things so anyone who reads this I don't care so much I lost the work today, I would care if it happened again often though which is why I have decided to give up until someone can show me the tool is at the standard of Copyscape.com.
