We trade now two exchanges, OpenLedger on Bitshares and Chinese HotBit exchange.

While the latter has more volume, it seems overlooked so here is the video on what it has.

I suggest to register there as it doesn't need any documents and as you can see has loads of pairs, not just SCR.
