I've watched some interesting YouTube videos today that gave me some more reasons to be optimistic about our future here on Scorum and I wanted to share them with you and open up some discussion. If you have any links to positive blockchain or crypto news that will affect us here on Scorum then post the links in the comments and we'll add them to this conversation.

This first video is from the Development Team over at Steemit. In this video they discuss how hard this bear market has been on them and the reorganization and cost cutting that they went through during this time. They also give us insights into how much it costs to operate a blockchain like we have here with Scorum. Keep in mind that Steemit is two years older than we are and they enjoyed a very long bull market that occurred after their launch. Scorum is a specialized version of the Steemit blogging platform and we share the same basic blockchain technology, so it is good for limited comparisons. Also keep in mind that anything which can be built on the Steem blockchain could also be built on Scorum's blockchain. Of course we are not trying to be Steemit and the only reason that I mention this fact at all is to open up your mind to the possibilities. We are just forming the basic infrastructure on Scorum right now, in two years, assuming that we are entering a bull market and further adoption, our Scorum team will be building and expanding off of the current foundation. In other words we are just seeing the very tip of what Scorum will be in the future, the potential for expansion is huge!

In this next video Crypto Zombie tells us what to expect from the Alt Coins like SCR in the days ahead as he looks back on what happened during the beginning of the last bull markets. I have already talked about this some, but he explains it in this video better than I ever could.

That's all I've got for you today, I was just encouraged after watching these videos and applying the lessons that they are teaching to our own Scorum platform and our own current situation. In my opinion the fact that Scorum is still up and running and we have developers who are actively working on the project is a testament to how well they have performed under so much adversity. I'm invested in another project that had to close their office and shut down their web sites to conserve funding until the market changes. They are now coming back to life and preparing to relaunch their product with all of the advancements that they have added in the interim. It goes to show that you do what you have to do under these conditions, and for us to still be here and operational is awesome!
