The first month is over and I have to admit that I'm feeling more than comfortable here.

Before I decided to give Scorum a try I had already been at Steemit for about a year and wasn't at all sure if I would have enough time and inspiration for another blogging page.

And now after the first weeks I have to say that my last concern was totally justified and I need to answer this point with NO. But different from what I thought at first, my focus shifted almost immediately with my start here at Scorum. Of course it took a while until I started understanding what is going on here, but the topic sport and especially football has probably awakened some lost passion.

Diving through the Scorum world finally gave me the excitement and thrill I had felt when I started Steemit. But in contrary to the big brother it's without the same problems and obstacles. At least until now. I only say bots and missing communication.

Even if I have to start all over again here at Scorum and build up a network and connections first, I feel well taken care and Steemit has unexpectedly slipped into the background. Who would have thought that a good month ago?

And now, when almost everyone is worried about the Scorum Coin price, I took the opportunity to tank some fresh coins and power up.

Now I can divide my voting power much better and finally distribute some nice votes. That puts me in a good mood myself!

And even though I've only been here a few weeks, I dare to mention a few things that I would liked to have improved or changed.

  • The Pro-Batch

Wouldn't it be a better idea to make the Pro status dependent on the activity of each user and not on the amount of our wallet?

I was able to power up over 1000 SP in a short time, but don't deserve pro status by far. There are a lot of users here who have been posting and commenting for quite some time, but don't have that many SP yet. They deserve a way higher status than me.

  • The Interface

I'm certainly not the first and the last one to address that. But for working on the smartphone and tablet it is essential to get a mobile version of the Scorum page. Commenting and voting on the smartphone is not yet a pleasure and could discourage several potential users from joining.

But I'm sure the development team will be working on that.

  • Two-Factor Authentication for the Scorum Wallet

Simply for security reasons, I would welcome it if a security prompt were required every time SCR and SP are sent and moved. Even we work with a 51-digit password, hacking our wallets is not impossible and another security feature would at least make an unwanted sending of our coins a little more difficult.

  • More activity on the Scorum Germany page

(this one has nothing to so with the dev team, I'm just missing German writing users on Scorum)

Unfortunately, not so many users write in my native language yet and the number of contributions is very low. It feels really strange seeing myself dominate the hot and trending section.

I have to do some advertising myself, to see finally something more going over there on Scorum.de. Maybe I can help a little bit more with my upvotes now.

Despite everything, I see the Scorum project quite positively and am happy to be on board. Of course there is still a lot to do. For the developers, but also for us users, because one thing should be clear to us. The future of Scorum also depends on us. High-quality articles on many different topics and an open and honest community should be the key for Scorum's success.

And we can all work on that.

I will also give my best and look forward to the future with a quite open heart and mind!

What do you guys think about the points I mentioned? Hock me up in the comment section. Looking forward to hearing from you!
