And the decision is made!

A big Thank You to all the great Scorum members who came over to nominate some other writer for this sixth and merry round of Scorum Patronage.

We have reached the holidays but as I promised I will again assist one of our new Scorum writers for a whole week. I will frequently check out his blog and upvote one post every day. I am planning to vote with 100%, unless I have the feeling the post might not deserve such a big upvote since I would like us all to stick to the quality standards we would like to see here at Scorum.

You can find this round's announcement by following this link:

Let's get back to the nomination.

As usual I asked you to leave me some comment with the name of a user who has been struggling and having problems getting some attention and finding readers for their blog posts. And in addition you could also just nominate yourself, as long as you left some smart or funny reason why you should be the chosen one.

Compared to the weeks before this round can be considered successful and we had a total of 6 different nominations. But again a few of the writers recommended are mostly writing in some other language than English or German, which I am not able to understand.

However I was looking at every nominee's profile and I came up with a clear decision.

This week's winner is @peman85, who actually already joined Scorum in June but yet has to get to his pro badge.

Thanks a lot to @austino and @mr-sarriball. I really appreciate your genuine nominations and warm words of encouragement.
It is nice to see that this round saw more people stopping by and thinking about who would really need some assistance and support. But somehow I was also hoping about a lot of self-nominations and to read some silly and smart stories explaining the reason why someone would like to be supported.
Everyone was taking this round really serious which shows there is some great merry atmosphere among us and many of our Scorum members would like to see other people succeed and thrive as well.

That is the right spirit we need on Scorum and hopefully some day even more people will understand this.

Upvoting some new or not yet so successful writers is an easy way to help them get started and to get noticed by the other members of the Scorum community. We all have experienced how tough blogging can be, and many of us stillneed to fight to get some attention.

It's essential to stay motivated, so I will visit, read and vote all of @peman85's posts for the next seven days. And after that week, I'm also going to write an article where I will introduce him to the Scorum family, what hopefully helps to shed some more light on his work.

If you have any suggestions how to improve the Scorum Patronage project, please hook me up and we can talk about it! Leave me your comments or come over to chat in the Scorum Patronage channels on the I am Scorum Discord server. There you can also find the latest announcements and the profiles of all the former beneficiaries

Let's not forget, blogging here on Scorum is not only for getting a fat upvote. Interaction and some genuine comment under one of our articles can be some really motivating and stimulating feedback as well.

I am wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and some great holidays wherever you might be hanging these days. On Thursday I will open one more round this year and I am hoping to see the highest number if nominations so far.

It is all up to us my friends!

Have some great and merry days enjoy the last week of this year.

I am looking forward to reading from you in the comments,

Love and Respect !
