I joined the Scorum community since August 2018, with 137 followers and I have managed to collect as many as 642 Scorum Power (SP), and this acquisition is thanks to all of you. This is not easy for me, I got it for more than 2 months and was never absent in making a post. Yes, that's a long time!
On October 2, I experienced problems with account security. Someone has broken into my account and they managed to take the SCR balance there, even though it wasn't in a large amount. At that time I was startled, why could this happen? My feelings began to be calm, I was worried that one day they would repeat the evil action. My account is not safe!
Then I asked about this in the discord community, they suggested to immediately report the problem on the telegram channel. Not long after that a message entered my email:
Apparently, the message was sent by Olhaivanytsia (Community Manager @ Scorum), at first I wasn't sure that it was a scorum team.
Then I extract the dist_prod.zip file and run it using the chrome browser. I follow as instructed in the message above. After all stages have been completed, however, the new private key that I entered is not working! I tried many times but it didn't work, the new private key could not be used. I think this won't work! because I can still access the old private key.
Now my question is: Has my private key been changed by someone else first? OH god, what has happened to me?
Then I tried to log in to the Scorum Wallet, then I convert the SP I have to SCR. The thing that surprised me the most is here, do you know what happened?
I've lost everything, why can this happen? the message is very annoying !
I can't wait to contact Olhaivanytsia directly via the telegram channel, and I tell the problem that happened to my Wallet. The answer: can't return my account again! and my hopes have disappeared! then Olhaivanytsia advised me to create a new account, that's the only way.
Creating a new account is not easy. I was here before the Indonesian domain was launched, and I was very fond of that account. The struggle cannot be stopped! I still have to be enthusiastic, and today I have managed to create a new account "@tarjuddin2" maybe here I am not introducing myself because it was introduced in the first post "@tarjuddin". This looks like my old account, because the background and profile picture that I use is the same.
