19-year-old Stefanos Tsitsipas defeats Kevin Anderson - 6:7, 6:4, 7:6 - in semifinal round of the Masters 1000 tournament in Toronto after 2 hours and 51 minutes of thrilling battle.

Once again he was 0-1 in sets down, he needed to save match point, but Tsitsipas proved that he is future of tennis. After winnings against Djokovic and Zverev he manage to win against Anderson, player with big serve and forehand, who was this year Wimbledon finalist.

There were no breaks in first set. In tie-break better was Anderson. Like yesterday against Zverev Tsitsipas needed to make comeback. And he did it.

In eighth game of the second set he saved break points, then he broke Anderson in next game. He served for set with no lost points.

Deciding set was another unbelievable story of amazing week. Tsitsipas managed to hold services, including dangerous situation at 15-30 at 4-5. Two players played tie-break once again.

Anderson started with double fault, then he won two points on Tsitsipas serve. Greek player made comeback to 2-2. Tsitsipas fighted for 2 match points but at 6-5 he made double fault. Anderson turned match into his side. Match point for him at 7-6 but Tsitsipas played fantastic point. 7-7, then 8-7 for Tsitsipas with ace. Next point was on Anderson serve and Tsitsipas once again proved his quality. He is in the final of Rogers Cup, biggest of his career.

In the sundays final he will play against Rafael Nadal or Karen Khachanov.
