Rafael Nadal, the world number one, ended the impressive performance of young Greek Stefanos Tsitsibas at the Toronto Masters Open,  after beating him in the final on Sunday evening in two sets without a reply.

Nadal entered with this fourth win in his history and the first in five years, the history of tennis world after the 80th title in his career, reached only by Roger Federer, Jimmy Connors, and Ivan Lendl.

It is also Nadal's fifth title this year after the Rome and Monte Carlo Masters, Barcelona and Roland Garros, the second Grand Slam.

Nadal's gains did not stop at this point but continued to be on the throne of the Masters with 33 titles.
