After giving birth to her and Daniel Bryan's daughter, Birdie, a year ago, she began training to make her comeback along with her twin sister Nikki Bella. In the past month, even with in-ring training to rid ring rust, she hasn't been performing as well as she once did.
In addition to having a lackluster one on one match with Maryse on Smackdown, not only did she botched two suicide dives, but recently injured "Riot Squad" member Liv Morgan live during Monday Night Raw this week.
While imitating Daniel Bryan's "Yes" kicks, she mistakenly delivered the final two kicks to the face of Morgan, knocking her out in the middle of the ring. Brie had to hide the injury by making her kick out and then dragging Morgan to her corner for the tag to be made. But it didn't stop there.
During a catapult move delivered to Brie, who was supposed to take the hit from Ruby Riot, she mistakenly hit Riot in the mouth with her forearm which caused confusion between the two wrestlers and the crowd.
Not only are Riot and Sarah Logan upset with Brie, but it also puts their upcoming six women tag match along with Nikki and Rhonda Rousey in jeopardy as Morgan might have suffered a concussion from the "Yes" kicks.
At this point, Brie needs more training to ensure she's not going to injure others or herself. We get that the WWE is trying to use them in their build-up towards the first all women's Pay-Per-View, Evolution, but Brie hasn't been in the ring prior to her recent matches in over two years, Nikki being one year.
Not only is this making her look bad but her opponents at that time as well, mostly the Riot Squad.
Do you think Brie Bella needs to return to the performance center and work out more of her rust? or do you think it's time for her to hang up her boots? Leave your opinions in the comments below.
